Using the service
These terms apply when you use BusinessHub.mu or an Obsidian business tool. By creating a workspace or continuing to use a signed-in service, you agree to them. The public demo can be explored without an account and may reset at any time.

Your account
Provide accurate details, keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse. A business owner is responsible for deciding who receives access and which modules are active. You remain responsible for checking business decisions and records before relying on them.

Modules, prices and trials
Home is included at no charge. Current module prices and trial periods appear on the Apps page or in an agreed offer. Adding a price to the catalogue does not charge or activate an account automatically. We confirm offline payments and access periods explicitly. We will tell you before a paid renewal or material price change affects your account.
En français : Home est gratuit. Les prix et essais actuels sont affichés sur la page Applis ou dans une offre acceptée. Aucun débit ni accès payant n’est déclenché simplement par l’affichage d’un prix.
Your data
You keep ownership of the business information you enter. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. You may export your active workspace. Deactivating a module normally retains its records; deletion is a separate request.
En français : Vous restez propriétaire des informations saisies. Vous pouvez exporter l’espace actif. La désactivation d’un module ne supprime normalement pas ses données.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious material, attempt to access another customer’s workspace, overload the service or misrepresent a demo page as a verified business. We may limit or suspend access to protect customers or comply with law, and will explain the reason where appropriate.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable and recoverable, but maintenance and faults can occur. Features may improve or change. We will avoid removing essential paid functionality without reasonable notice and will provide an export route where practical.
Business responsibility
The tools support business organisation and decisions; they do not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, medical or regulatory advice. Review quotes, invoices, stock and money records before sending or filing them.
Ending use
You can stop using modules or request account closure. Outstanding agreed charges remain due. We may end access for serious or repeated breach, fraud, security risk or legal requirement. Eligible data can be exported or deleted subject to the privacy notice.

Contact hello@businesshub.mu before a problem grows. These terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
