Information we use
- Profile and sign-in details such as your name, email and business name.
- Business records you choose to add, including contacts, stock, documents, work, plans and money records.
- Module access, offline-payment references and support-case history.
- Limited technical logs needed to keep the service secure, reliable and recoverable.

Why we use it
We use this information to provide your workspace, save and export your records, manage access and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your business information or use private records for advertising.

Who can receive it
Authorised staff may access a customer account only for support or administration, with a reason and audit record. Carefully selected service providers process information only to operate the service. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and module changes
Deactivating a module hides it but normally retains its records so it can be restored. Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable recovery, security or legal period afterwards. Backups expire on a controlled schedule. You can ask us to delete eligible information.

Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, export, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the Mauritius Data Protection Office.

Keeping information safe
Business workspaces are separated, access is controlled, sensitive traffic is encrypted, important support actions are audited and recoverable changes are used where practical. No service is risk-free; contact us promptly if something looks wrong.
