Information we use
- Profile and sign-in details such as your name, email and business name.
- Business records you choose to add, including clients, stock, documents, work, plans and money records.
- Suite plan, capacity usage, optional add-ons, offline-payment references and support-case history.
- Limited technical logs needed to keep the service secure, reliable and recoverable.

Why we use it
We use this information to provide your workspace, save and export your records, manage access and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell your business information or use private records for advertising.

Who can receive it
Authorised staff may access a customer account only for support or administration, with a reason and audit record. Carefully selected service providers may process information for infrastructure, identity, email, communications, monitoring and other functions needed to operate the service. They act under their own security and reliability responsibilities and our applicable contractual controls. Information may be processed outside Mauritius where a provider operates internationally, subject to safeguards required by applicable law. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Retention and plan changes
Changing plan keeps the complete business suite and does not automatically delete records. Archived records are retained for the plan’s stated history period, while account information may be kept for a reasonable recovery, security or legal period afterwards. Backups expire on a controlled schedule. You can ask us to delete eligible information.

Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, export, erasure, restriction or objection where applicable. We may verify your identity before acting. You can also complain to the Mauritius Data Protection Office.

Keeping information safe
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: business workspaces are separated, access is controlled, sensitive traffic is encrypted, important support actions are audited, and monitoring and recovery measures are used where practical. We perform due diligence when selecting service providers and rely on the security, reliability and compliance controls they operate for their systems. No online service or provider can guarantee absolute security, availability or recovery. We remain responsible for the duties that applicable data-protection law places directly on us, while providers remain responsible for the systems and commitments they control.
En français : Nous appliquons des mesures techniques et organisationnelles raisonnables et vérifions nos prestataires avec diligence. Aucun service ne garantit une sécurité, disponibilité ou récupération absolue. Chaque partie reste responsable des systèmes et obligations qu’elle contrôle.
If an incident occurs
We investigate suspected loss, unauthorised access or disclosure, take reasonable containment and recovery steps, and make notifications when required by applicable law. Contact us promptly if something looks wrong. Service limitations and liability are addressed separately in the Terms; they do not waive privacy rights or controller obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
