6. Liability and Indemnity
* The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or legal claims arising from Ads posted on the Platform.
* Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from their Ads.
7. Right to Reject or Remove Ads
* The Company reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify any Ad at its sole discretion without prior notice.
8. Payment Terms
* All fees for posting Ads are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
* Payment does not guarantee Ad placement or performance.
9. Disclaimers
* The Company does not guarantee the performance, reach, or effectiveness of any Ad.
* The Platform may experience downtime or technical issues, and the Company is not liable for such disruptions.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
* These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.
